Free Legal Services for San José-Based Small Business Owners

The City of San José, together with partner Elevate Community Center, is offering free legal services for San José-based small businesses.

Get support with contract drafting, contract review, litigation, incorporation and formation services and more. Services also offered in Spanish and Vietnamese.

New Small Business Ally Expands City's Support of Small Business Owners

The City of San José recently welcomed Anh Nguyen as a new Small Business Ally under the Office of Economic Development and Cultural Affairs.

The Small Business Ally program assists and guides small business owners through city development permits, inspection processes, and business tax registration requirements. They serve as a liaison and advocate for small business owners.

Anh will help the City support more small businesses owners, including those who speak Vietnamese.
