SJ Fernandez

Sarah “SJ” Fernandez is a people-centered facilitator with an MA in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University. Drawing from her experience in People Operations and in wellness spaces as a Pilates instructor, she focuses on simple, practical ways to navigate tension and communicate more effectively.

SJ uses a mix of grounding techniques and conflict-resolution tools to help people stay present and regulated during challenging moments. She has supported teams and leaders through misalignment, misunderstanding, and organizational change—always centering clarity, empathy, and regulation. Her approach is rooted in lived experience, ongoing study, and a genuine curiosity for how people show up with one another.

SJ creates learning spaces that feel supportive, interactive, and real—inviting participants to breathe, reflect, and practice new strategies in community. She is passionate about helping people shift from reactive habits to intentional responses, believing that the simple act of pausing is one of the most powerful tools we have. Through her work,

SJ aims to make conflict feel less overwhelming and more manageable, empowering people to communicate with groundedness, compassion, and skill. To learn more about SJ, visit her on LinkedIn.
