Dear St. Joan of Arc Parents,

We have been receiving a lot of inquiries. Our current St. Joan of Arc Students are our priority. However, we cannot guarantee enrollment for the 2018-19 school year for your child after March 1st.

To re-enroll:
1. Log into RenWeb  www.renweb.com
2. Click on Family Information on the left side
3. Click enrollment/re-enrollment link
4. Fill out all the online forms (one of them is FACTS, set up a payment plan and select the 2018-19 school year)
5. Do not skip FACTS unless you plan to pay in full. Before June 1st, re-registration is past due. Please stop by the office to process your
re-registration payment via check, cash, or credit card (there is a 2.85% additional credit card fee for all credit card transactions).
Please note that the RenWeb process requires you to enroll each student separately. Your current medical and emergency contact information is saved. You need to update any changes. The process to re-enroll should take about 15 to 20 minutes. You will receive an email confirmation that you have completed the re-enrollment process. If you have a question regarding the online re-enrollment process, email Mrs. Canelon at [email protected] .

Dear SJA Pre-K4 through 8th Grade Parents,

We are thrilled to report that we will have a pilot trial with an online program called IXL
until May 31st for the following subjects:
ELA (Pre-K through 12), Science (2 through 8), Social Studies (2 through 8), Math (Pre-K through 12), and Middle School Spanish.
IXL can help with remediation, practice, and further enrichment in and out of the classroom. Once in a while, your teacher may assign one or several specific skills to do at home which coincide with the curriculum
or with a learning gap.
If you have an Apple product (iPad/ iPhone) or another SMART device (i.e. Android),
you may want to download the IXL app.
In order to use IXL, log onto IXL.com .
Your child's username is his/ her student ID @stjoan (i.e. br103@stjoan) and their password is only his/ her username (i.e. br103). You may start using IXL.com immediately in order to enrich your child's learning experience.
Please see the attached IXL Parent Letter
with a more detailed explanation of the online program from IXL. If your child forgot his/ her student ID, email your child's homeroom teacher.
Thank you for being our partner
in educating your child.
