SJCS will have a full School day with EDP available

Monday, April 8th.

Students will be provided with approved eyewear donated by Dr. Beth Anderson to view the Solar Eclipse.

Students from grades 1-8 (with your permission indicated below) will be allowed to go outside and participate in the viewing of the period of totality of the Solar Eclipse. The PreK 4 class and the Kindergarten classes will receive their viewing glasses and see the real-time viewing of the solar eclipse inside the classroom on their TruTouch interactive board.

Please sign and return the permission slip for EACH CHILD (1st - 8th) sent home earlier this week. If a student does not return a permission slip to school, they will not be able to participate in the Eclipse watch outdoors.

Can you help out with snacks? We are hoping to provide students with an Eclipse-themed snack on Monday to celebrate!

Please note that a $50 late fee per student will be incurred.
