Parishioner Rate for the 2024 - 2025 School Year

Time Is TICKING!

Please remember, to receive the Parishioner rate for the 2024-2025 school year, you must contribute at least $260 to the St. Joseph Catholic Church general Sunday offering fund no later than December 31, 2023.

(You must also be Catholic, registered with the Parish, and raising your student(s) in the Catholic faith.)

Any donations made after December 31, 2023, will not be considered for the 2024 - 2025 school year.

SJCS Grants and Financial Aid Timeline

Priority applications are now open for the 24-25 School Year for current families. You have the greatest chance of receiving aid from the HALO Initiative if you apply in the Priority Round.

Priority applications are open until 1/5/24 but the earlier you get it submitted and verified, the better. It takes 2 weeks for FACTS to process the application each time a document is submitted, so if you do not have all documents submitted by the middle of December, your application may not be verified in time.

Early Release Reminder - Wednesday, December 20th!

We will have an Early Release Day on Wednesday, December 20th.

EDP will not be in session.

Pick-up times are as follows:

- PreK-2nd grade pick-up at 11:30 AM - 11:40 AM

- 3rd-5th grade pick-up at 11:45 AM - 11:55 AM

- 6th-8th grade pick-up at 12:00 PM - 12:15 PM

When: Tuesday, December 19th, at 7:00 p.m.

Where: St. Joseph Catholic Church

Christmas Program!

Our Dads' Club will be serving hot chocolate after the program.

This evening will be sure to put us all in the Christmas spirit!

Kindergarten - 5th Grade Christmas Program Letter:

Dear K-5 parents,

Mr. Ruggiere has planned a beautiful Nativity program for us on Tuesday, December 19th, at 7:00 p.m. in the church.

There is daily 6:00 p.m. Mass that evening, please do not arrive early so as not to disturb the sanctity of the Mass. We will not open doors until 6:45 p.m. There is plenty of room for us all.

Students must be in their classrooms by 6:45 p.m. Attire for students is “church clothes”. Be aware not to dress your child “too warm”. It will not be cold in the church, there will be stage lights set up and lots of people.

Mr. George Strong will videotape the program for us that night. Click here to be taken to the jotform link to have access for a $15 fee. Please no flash photography or videotaping/recording during the program. Sit back and enjoy the beauty of the Nativity.

Lastly, remember that we are in a peaceful church setting. Please keep talking to a whisper. Again, enjoy this time to reflect on the wonder of the birth of Baby Jesus, our Lord and Savior.

The Dad’s Club will provide hot chocolate after the program. Stay for a while and enjoy our community.

Christmas Band and Choir Concert

The festive sounds of Christmas carols were shared with our community on Monday with a Music Learning concert featuring our 4th through 8th grade band and 6th through 8th grade Middle School Choir.

Auction Raffle Tickets

The 2024 Auction Committee is proud to bring you another multi-item raffle for our annual auction and gala.

Raffle tickets make great Christmas gifts and are an awesome way for out-of-town family members to support your Jaguar!

Our hope is that each student is able to sell 8 raffle tickets between now and our April 13, 2024 auction.

Junior Author Camp Registration

Bring your imagination to publication!

Children in grades 3+ are guided through the exciting process of writing their own story including dialog, interesting text features, effective word choice, hooks and conclusions, illustrations, and more! Add your book to the school library!

Camp will be on Mondays from 3:15 - 4:45 PM.

Classes will start on January 8th through April 22nd (excludes school closings). They will be hosting an Author Signing Party on May 20th.

Junior Author Camp tuition costs $299 and $25 per book bought.
