Dear Parents-
This week looks to be one of the busiest yet!
Please remember…….Parents of 8th grade students are reminded that a
mandatory Confirmation meeting, is planned for Tuesday, Oct. 23, at 7:00 pm. Prior to that meeting, parents are invited to attend an informational meeting that addresses the
high school application process. Please consider attending this information session if you have any questions with respect to the Catholic high school application process. The meeting will start at 6:15 pm and will end by 6:45.
On behalf of the PTO and myself, I would like to extend a
very sincere thank you to the families who were able to contribute to our $65.00 Family Donation Plan. These funds go directly to support a variety of student programs, and allow us to maintain the high quality of these programs. Donations are still being accepted,
please use this link if you would like to donate.
In keeping with our safety upgrades, our wonderful facilities team installed a
speed limit tracking sign, located in the parking lot adjacent to the school side entrance. The sign tracks traffic in the lot as a reminder that the posted speed limit is 5 mph. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Rucker.
Trunk or Treat
is planned for Thursday, Oct. 25th, (please avoid all representations of the occult), our 3rd annual
5K and 1 Mile Fun Run
and the
Craft Fair
are both scheduled for Saturday, October 27th. Please join us as we support the
PTO
as well as the
Ladies’ Society.
A huge Thank You to all who registered for the 6
th
annual
Trunk Or Treat
Event. We will have a record
160 families participating
and 325 trick or treaters. Please remember the parking lot does not open until 5pm. You will not be allowed to enter the Trunk or Treat area until then. If you show up early you will have to wait to park. We need to ensure the safety of the aftercare children. We are still looking for a few volunteers to help with parking- keep in mind you will be done by the time trick or treating starts. Please email
[email protected]
if you are able to help. The weather looks clear but cold so dress your little ones warm.
Thanks once again for your
generous donations to Catholic Charities.
