Scott Kabat, PE promoted to Associate and appointed
Director of Building Information Modeling
Recognizing Scott’s contributions to our successes, project team leadership, and commitment to client service, we are pleased to announce his promotion to Associate.
Since joining SK&A in 1998 as a Project Engineer, Scott has grown and developed into a key member of our project management corps, leading his teams and projects to successful outcomes for all parties. Scott’s project experience has included a diverse mix of use types, including notable projects such as Pike & Rose Mixed-Use Development, The Stacks @ Buzzard Point, Liberty Center Mixed-Use, 1150 First Street, and the Tower Oaks Buildings.
In addition to his project leadership, Scott has also served as our Assistant Director of Building Information Modeling for six years, helping provide guidance and consistency in our BIM training, practices, and application within project teams. In addition to Scott’s promotion to Associate, he will also take on an increased role in our BIM implementation practices through his appointment as our new Director of Building Information Modeling.
