We are devastated by the news out of The Bahamas regarding the destruction wrought by Hurricane Dorian.
The Bahamas are such an integral part of our tourism family, and as such many Skål USA clubs and members have asked how we can help coordinate donations to help with the relief effort.
In response, we've contacted Royal Caribbean, our host for the 2019 World Congress, who is working with the Pan American Development Foundation (www.padf.org) to provide direct support to those affected. Royal Caribbean is matching donations made, including donations made on an individual basis, or donations made by Skål USA club. Donate soon as you don't want to miss the matching period!
Individuals using a credit card may email the Skål USA Administrators at skalusadmin@skalusa.org with the amount of the donation and you will be sent a link for payment. You may also donate directly to PADF's Royal Caribbean Relief Fund by clicking here: https://www.padf.org/hurricane-dorian-royal
Donations by check can be made payable to Skål USA and mailed to the Skål USA Administrators at 111 K Street NE, 9th Floor, Washington, DC 20002.
Skål USA will then forward all donations to Royal Caribbean.
