President's Corner
Greetings, everyone!

It’s hard to believe spring is just around the corner! We are eager to share what’s to come here at SLAA and at our beloved St. Louis attractions.

First, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Joshua Blasingame and I am the guest experience trainer at the Gateway Arch. As my title suggests, I train new frontline staff members in their roles, focusing on how they can provide great customer service that makes for an incredible Arch experience. What’s on the agenda for St. Louis attractions this year? We look forward to programming that will help you stay connected to our region and to the changes and trends in the tourism and hospitality industry. Whether it's a local or state-wide tourism update or learning how your industry colleagues are attracting new visitors, join us as we continue to make the tourism industry in St. Louis strong and vibrant.

The Saint Louis Attractions Association (SLAA) is seeking members who wish to host the organization's bi-monthly meetings for the 2022 program year. If you are interested in hosting a meeting, please review the Request for Proposal and return via the online form.
Let's Party Like It's 2019!
SLAA Members are invited to join HSMAI (Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association) and ILEA (International Live Events Association) members to meet in person and celebrate by "socializing" with our industry colleagues on March 10th at 4:30 pm at Westport Social.
