Hello! You are either registered as a golfer, a sponsor, or a volunteer.
Please read the following information prior to attendance.

MUST READ!
RULES, SCHEDULE, & INFO
|
|
IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INFORMATION!
Everyone MUST come to Whitmoor Country Club to register and check-in. Whitmoor Golfers, you are to drop your bags off and then park. There will be golf carts to pick you up if you are parked down the street to help you get back to the club. Bluffs golfers, you will come to Whitmoor for check-in and breakfast, but drop off your bags at the Bluffs first. Please park in the horseshoe around the clubhouse at Whitmoor and you may also park in the fire lane. Registration is at 8:30 a.m. for ALL golfers. Please try and carpool if at all possible! We are expecting parking all along Whitmoor Drive due to over 500 people expected. Again, Whitmoor is providing drivers to pick you up to take you to registration. But, please expect a very large crowd.
Safety:
We know you will also be enjoying adult beverages. We ask that you drink responsibly and keep carts out of the ponds! Be responsible while enjoying the adult beverages and limit drinking if you are the driver.
Restrooms:
There are restrooms provided along the course, at the bend at Whitmoor and in the Clubhouse. DO NOT RELIEVE YOURSELF OUT ON THE COURSE! The Club gets numerous calls from residents witnessing our players relieving themselves. Please keep it tucked away until you are in an appropriate facility.
Golfer Rules of Play:
We expect you to follow our Golfer Rules. Information is provided such as a map, golf rules, and a pairing list. A copy will also be provided at registration. The Golfer Rules must be followed to keep pace of play reasonable for our large event. All three courses are doubled up. This means you put once and you move on. You can grab a drink at a beverage tent but then move on quickly. Each course has three beverage tents. Both Whitmoor and Bluffs have food tents. And, each course has at least four beverage carts. Please do not spend too much time at tents to keep things moving. Marshalls will be monitoring and have been told they can make you skip a hole if you are found taking too long. They are there to ensure all of you enjoy the day and keep things moving!
This year golfers must use the Golf Genius App. Please have one person download the app. One player per foursome is responsible for entering. Instructions are provided. Real-time results will be available throughout the day! We will not accept paper scorecards this year.
