Build Capacity to Deliver your own Food Safety & HACCP Training
“HACCP Level 3 Certification & Food Safety Trainer Workshop”
Audience: Hotels, Restaurants & other Catering Businesses
Workshop Date: April 11th, 12th & 13th April

Maintaining excellent food safety standards is a mandatory requirement for all catering operations because if left unchecked, the consequences in cost, litigation and reputational damage can be catastrophic and can take significant time and expense to rectify.

Implementation of a HACCP based Food Safety Management System is the recognized best in class standard for maintaining food safety in all hospitality catering operations. Furthermore, it is now a legal requirement for food handlers, in many countries to receive the equivalent of Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene training, on a recurring basis, while working in in any setting where food and drink is cooked, prepared or handled.

This capacity building workshop is designed to formally HACCP certify one or more of your key F&B personnel and equip them with the knowledge & tools to deliver the required Food Safety and Hygiene training to your operational staff on an ongoing basis.
Successful participants of this workshop will:
  • Achieve the RSPH (Royal Society for Public Health) accredited Level 3 Award in HACCP.
  • Acquire the knowledge to design, implement and maintain a HACCP Food Safety Management System for your respective business.
  • Acquire the knowledge to deliver the Level 2 Food Safety, Hygiene Standards and HACCP Awareness training for all F&B line employees through the Institute of Hospitality endorsed Train the Trainer element of this workshop.
