Updated COVID-19 Dashboard
St. Louis Park Public Schools unveiled a new COVID-19 Dashboard on October 21 that is intended to inform families on important data points including active positive cases, number of individuals who are currently quarantining, and the number of individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 and have returned to school. Data will be shared for both students and staff. To protect the health privacy and personal data of St. Louis Park Public Schools students and staff, no further details regarding positive cases will be made publicly available.

The COVID-19 Dashboard will be updated every Wednesday and can be found on the District's COVID-19 News & Updates page at www.slpschools.org/covid19. Please note that on the website, the District will post the four most recent weeks of data so that stakeholders can see trends.

Application for Educational Benefits Helps Fund SLP Schools
Families can help generate state aid for St. Louis Park Public School by completing the Application for Educational Benefits (Free and Reduced Meals).

Students in households that meet the free or reduced price meal income guidelines will generate compensatory revenue for their school. Schools must use compensatory revenue to meet the needs of students who are behind their peers, such as remedial instruction, instructional materials including digital learning and technology, bilingual programs and additional teachers and teacher aides. These applications may also make teachers in your school eligible for the federal Teacher Loan Forgiveness Program if they have outstanding college loans. However, the household must complete and return the forms, or complete the online form, no later than December 15 so the school can calculate eligibility and report to MDE. This will not impact your students’ eligibility to receive free meals during the 2020-21 school year.

This application can be filled out by families in a number of different ways including online through their Wordware or PowerSchool account or by filling out a paper copyIf anyone has questions or needs more information about the St. Louis Park Public Schools Free Meals program, or needs assistance in filling out a Free and Reduced Meals Application, they can contact the School Nutrition Department at 952-928-6146.
We are Hiring!
The District is currently hiring a number of full and part-time positions. Please spread the word with your professional contacts and encourage friends, family and acquaintances to apply to work for St. Louis Park Public Schools!
