Dear SMA Community,
The excitement of a brand new school year is palpable! Our students are not only returning to school, they are returning to their school family. Many of our classes are eager to welcome new members to their classes.
Many students are blessed to be returning to their school family this year thanks to SMA financial aid donors. Life's circumstances can change unexpectedly, and sometimes families find themselves struggling to afford the Catholic education they cherish at SMA.
After distributing all the financial aid raised at last year's gala last April, we are launching a new initiative called "Sponsor a Spartan" to support students who are facing financial hardships due to evolving circumstances. Currently, we are seeking sponsorships for two students; one has already received 50% of the amount needed. These students and their families will not know who their sponsors are unless the sponsor wishes to make their identity known.
