Mission Statement

St. Martin of Tours Academy fosters confidence, curiosity, and independence through a climate of cooperation and trust by preserving dignity throughout the learning process, accentuating all children’s God-given gifts in a Catholic environment.

Dear SMA Community,

The academy is truly grateful for a parish subsidy allowing us to update our student bathrooms after many many decades. The plumbing bills kept adding up begging the question, "When was the last time everything was updated?". Prior to Fr. Elmer's departure, the parish gifted the academy $200,000 to update the student bathrooms and our walkways. We can't wait to show you the outcome when the new school year begins! We also had our annual fire inspection including all fire extinguishers and hoses.

Mrs. Doane and Mrs. Asciutto and crew have done a fabulous job planning fun and engaging camps this summer. We are so grateful for all the staff who made these summer weeks so special for our campers. After next week, they deserve a very relaxing break.

Summer Camp Week 5: Lego My Eggo

This week at summer camp, the kids constructed a large Lego structure, created various Lego designs, and made picture frames to bring home to their families. How fun!

Junior High Family Orientation & Ice Cream Social

Save the date: 8/19/24

4-6 PM

Junior high families will mingle over ice cream then receive a brief orientation from their teachers in the classroom. All junior high students and at least 1 parent are encouraged to attend. Devices will be distributed to take home and free gently used uniforms will be available.

We are looking for donations and volunteers to help. All volunteer hours and donations can contribute to your family's volunteer hours for the 2024-2025 school year. Sign up here.

Welcome, Mrs. Villasenor

Hello Spartans! My name is Sandy Villasenor. I am honored to be the new administrative assistant at SMA. This is my 27th year working with children and I absolutely love it! Despite being oldish, I am a kid at heart, which keeps me young. I am blessed to be a mom to three young men, who are all in high school, and I have a Chihuahua. They keep me very busy. I show my love for God by praying and growing my family's faith. I also use my gifts and talents to help others. Spending time with my family, riding my purple SE bike, and attempting to cook are things I love. Additionally, I find pleasure in both playing and watching sports. I look forward to getting to know you. I am committed to supporting you in any way I can.
