SMA-CPT Benitez & SMA-CPT Sacchetti

This week SMA-CPT Benitez worked with Major Kellerman and SMA-CPT Victore's 7th grade cadets on taking the  Kuder Career Interest Inventory  on My Career Shines (found on Clever). The inventory gauges how much they would like or dislike performing certain job tasks and how this may match their career interests. Cadets used the resulting "Career Clusters" to research various positions of their interest, including educational requirements, yearly income, and expected growth rate and then reflect on the experience.

We appreciate SMA-CPT Benitez for her help with this program! For any other cadets interested in taking the inventory, you can create an account on My Career Shines (found on Clever) and begin exploring your future career, today!
