INCENTIVE PAY EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 28th! INCENTIVES OFFERED TO MEMBERS ARE BELOW
• Full-time or part-time RNs who complete their shift requirements will receive an additional $420.00 bonus payment, above their regular hourly rate for each additional shift they voluntarily work in the pay week.

• Per-diem RNs who complete three (3) shifts in a month will receive an additional $420.00 bonus payment, above their hourly rate for each additional shift they volunteered to work above three (3) shifts in the month, i.e. fourth shift and above.
JNESO and St. Mary’s Hospital agree this agreement will remain effective until February 28, 2022, unless mutually extended by the parties.
