FEBRUARY 21st LABOR MANAGEMENT
MEETING (RECAP)
The following items were addressed with management at the February 21st Labor Management Meeting:
  • ARTICLE 15 –OVERTIME: Employees may be mandated to work overtime only once during a pay period. Any employee mandated to work overtime can be mandated for a maximum of four hours. Only employees who are already on duty may be mandated for overtime.

  • ARTICLE 20 -SICK TIME AND PERSONAL DAYS: If an employee does not use any sick time he/she will receive a $100.00 per quarter stipend payment will be made in the following month after the quarter. Please advise if you are not receiving your bonus after the quarter is complete.

  • ARTICLE 42 -PER DIEM PROGRAM: The per diem employees committed days per month must be submitted to the Director or Manager prior to the posting of the schedule, the same as full-time and part-time employees.

  • PAYROLL CALLBACK PAY ERRORS: Human Resources is addressing call-back pay issues with payroll to prevent ongoing errors.

  • REQUESTS FOR CARRYOVER FORMS: when submitting denials to your Directors keep a copy for yourself.

  • EMPLOYEE EVALUATIONS: Be sure to review online and sign in a timely manner.

  • HEALTHSTREAM: as a reminder make sure it’s up to date.

  • ANNUAL MASK FIT TESTING: Management encourages everyone that has not had their annual mask fit testing or filed out a TB form to please do so.

  • Management will look into acquiring filtered water for radiology outpatient studies for outpatient care.
