VACATION CARRYOVER: REQUESTS FOR CARRYOVER FORMS (WITH ATTACHED DENIALS) WERE DUE TO YOUR DIRECTORS ON JUNE 28th, 2021. IF, AFTER SUBMITTING DENIALS TO MANAGEMENT, YOUR TIME IS NOT RESTORED IN YOUR JULY 30, 2021 PAYCHECK, PLEASE CONTACT A LOCAL OFFICER OR YOUR LABOR REP. IMMEDIATELY!
VISION & DENTAL: Members were told their dependents are not enrolled for dental and vision coverage. Check the status of your dental and vision plan to confirm who is active for coverage under your plan.
HEALTH & SAFETY: Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided upon request to the first clinical supervisor who will provide PPE in a reasonable period of time prior to patient care. If you are not receiving proper PPE at the beginning of your shift, please notify a Local Officer or your JNESO Labor Rep. immediately!
SICK TIME BONUS: If an employee does not use any sick time they will receive a $100.00 per quarter stipend. The quarters will be April, May, June; The payment will be made in the following month after the quarter.
Preceptor RATE: Effective the first full pay period after January 1, 2021, the preceptor rate shall be increased to $2.00 per hour, please ensure the correct differential is being applied to your hourly rate.
AVAILABLE TIME: Two (2) weeks prior to the four (4) week schedule being posted, employees will submit to the Hospital, a duplicate form (available time form-see Appendix B) indicating her/his availability for additional time for the next four (4) week schedule.
