NEW FLOAT BLOCK LANGUAGE IN YOUR NEW CONTRACT DICTATES YOUR PATHWAY UNLESS YOU VOLUNTEER!

FLOAT BLOCK DIFFERENTIAL: RNs who are hired into or request transfer to the float pool will be paid a differential of $5.00 per hour and the float blocks above shall not apply to such RNs. Employees who volunteer to work outside their float block for the day at the Employer’s request will receive the same differential.

WE ARE AWAITING SIGNATURES ON THE NEW CONTRACT TO GO TO PRINT. WE WILL DISTRIBUTE YOUR NEW CONTRACTS AS SOON AS THEY ARE AVAILABLE.
