VACATION REQUESTS DECEMBER 15th - JANUARY 15th

ARTICLE 20 - VACATION (Section 4b) Pages 29-30 of your Contract

Requests for vacation during December 15 through January 15 shall be submitted, in writing, between October 1 and October 15. The Employer will respond to these requests, in writing, by October 23. If a conflict should arise between requests made between October 1 and October 15, seniority shall prevail within the nursing unit and on the shift.

Please be sure to submit your vacation requests for the December 15th - January 15th timeframe by October 15th!
