Section 1b. Effective the first full pay period after August 15, 2021, regular full-time and part-time employees will receive a 2% wage increase, as set forth in the Wage Guide.
Section 4b. Effective August 15, 2021, through August 14, 2022, regular full and part-time employees covered under the collective bargaining agreement will receive their step on their anniversary date in 2021, per the Wage Guide. Regular full and part-time RNs above the top step receive $.40 in lieu of step.
