“I think we really need to start very, very young by teaching young kids that if you're not feeling right, it's okay to talk about it. We also need to talk to parents about putting so much pressure on little kids, because we have the sports industrial complex with the little kids thinking they're always going to go on and become a LeBron James at five years old. Those are the things that really start to put a lot of stress and strain on athletes.”
