News from Mrs. Sims
The students and teachers in grades 3 through 7 have been busy this week with our Terra Nova testing. They are working hard to stay positive and give their best effort. It can be stressful, but also exciting, to "show what you know" in this type of format. Please continue to build your children up and help them stay focused for the second week of testing. Test scores not only give us valuable information about our students' abilities and needs, but they also give us an objective measure of our school's academic program.

We had a wonderful learning experience this week with our 5th and 6th grade students and students from a small independent Catholic School, Corpus Christ, in Simpsonville. The Corpus Christi students and their teachers came to teach us about the devotion to Mary through wearing Miraculous Medals. Each of our 5th and 6th graders received a blessed medal to take home.

May God Bless You and Your Family,
Wendy Sims
