2018-19 Book Fees
Due Now through May 31

The window to pay your family's annual Book Fees for the 2019-20 school year is open! Please take a few minutes to complete the payment in Sycamore between now and May 31. After June 1, a $100 late fee will be charged.

The base fee per child will be $550. Incoming 6th, 7th, 8th graders will have an additional $110 Chromebook fee. The JK book fee is $275.

We are still collecting! If you would like to get Box Tops off your hands before summer break, please count and send them in marked baggies OR print a collection sheet.
Big changes are coming to Box Tops for the 2019-20 school year, and earning money for SMM will be even easier, so be on the lookout!

Our 7th grade students and PE teacher have a great day of fun and frolicking planned for Field Day.
Things your child will need:
- A bagged lunch or purchase a box lunch from the cafeteria (see information above).
- A few dollars (please no large bills!) $1.00 water, $1.50 popcorn and $2.00 snow cones.
- Please place money in a Ziplock bag with their name and class on it! (It will be returned if lost.)

th grade field trips!
This year, t-shirts are being donated by Kristen George of
George Orthodontics. Students are dressed in shirt colors according to grade level to help keep everyone organized.

Parish Picnic Raffle Tickets
Student Incentives
Thank you to all the families that turned in raffle tickets for our Parish Picnic.
Our school families
raised over $8,400.00 for our annual picnic.
The families that sold 15 or more raffle tickets have earned Free Dress and ice cream at lunch on Monday, May 20th. The classrooms that won the ice cream treat for selling the most tickets is 4R & 5D. Incentives to be redeemed at the Parish Picnic were sent home in today's Friday folder.

Recycling of Caps = Park Bench
Step By Step would like to give a big THANK YOU to everyone who helped out with the caps collection. The project was a HUGE success thanks to everyone's generous donations. We collected well over our goal of 200 lbs of plastic caps! The new bench will arrive this summer, and we will have more details about its placement and dedication soon. Thank you for your help and support!
