Members should regularly, at least once a month, check their accruals for vacation and holiday time in Lawson. For example; regular full-time members are eligible for 75 hours of holiday pay per year. Each pay period, regular full-time members should see accruals of 2.02 hours per pay period.
It has come to our attention that some members are not receiving the proper 2.02 hours of accrual in their holiday time. It appears to be happening during weeks members are taking time off and not working their regular amount of scheduled hours.
JNESO has requested the membership accruals and is investigating how many members may have been affected and are not receiving the proper accruals.
If you find that you have not received the proper accruals, please send us an email with the payroll week that is incorrect, the number of hours worked and the number of hours paid for that pay period. JNESO will keep you updated on our findings.
