Pandemic Pay
As you may know, JNESO and your Local Officers have made recent demands of management on numerous issues of importance from the Shuttle to Pandemic Pay. Most have been ignored by SMMC.

Late Monday, we received the below letter from management.
We have instructed our law firm to take all available remedies. Our goal is to force the hospital to bargain fair and equal treatment for all care providers regardless of title, to receive financial recognition. We cannot prevent their actions; we can only make them correct them.

All of this takes time. We are still awaiting an Arbitration date for the last time. The shuttle case is scheduled for next month. We will continue to fight for equal and fair treatment until your management learns to treat you appropriately.
