OSHA MAY CONTACT YOU REGARDING
SAFETY CONCERNS AT THE HOSPITAL
JNESO continues to address issues of Safety & PPE with OSHA. Unfortunately, through the lack of proper PPE, many members contracted COVID-19 and two members passed away.
OSHA continues to investigate these circumstances.

OSHA will review all of the data for members who contracted COVID-19, and may reach-out to those members in the next few days to ask a few questions. If you receive a call from OSHA, please do not panic and answer their questions honestly and truthfully.
THE EMPLOYER CANNOT RETALIATE AGAINST YOU FOR SPEAKING WITH OSHA, YOUR CONVERSATION WITH OSHA IS CONFIDENTIAL!
JNESO anticipates that OSHA may soon issue additional citations against Saint Michael’s. Your employer must ensure a safe working environment for all. No one should fear for their lives or for the lives of their families at their place of employment.
