Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper is THIS Tuesday!


Tuesday, February 13, 5:30-7:00 p.m., Mecklenburg Hall -  Bring your family and friends for a pancake feast! We will collect food donations to support our Center of Hope ministry. Join the Adult Lenten Bible Study


Sundays during Lent beginning February 18, 9:00-10:00 a.m., McQueen Room or Zoom - This study explores the seven last phrases Jesus uttered from the cross as seen and heard by those who stood near the cross. This six-week study, led by Melissa White and Rebecca Guzman, concludes on Palm Sunday, March 24. The book is not needed, but you can add it when you register. Contact: Rebecca Guzman.

Save the Date! Collegiate Chamber Choir to Perform at SMPC

The Chamber Choir from Walters State Community College in Morristown, TN will perform at SMPC during their stop in Charlotte for their spring tour!


The choir will perform selections from Handel's Messiah, settings of ancient liturgical texts, folk song arrangements, contemporary choral compositions, and Stephen Paulus' Pilgrims Hymn. No cost to attend and all are invited!

Friends Empowering Haiti (formerly Friends of OFCB) is raising money to purchase food for the school in Bayonnais, Haiti.
