That's a whole lot of PB&J! Our students collected more than 1.5 TONS of peanut butter and jelly last week. Because of your generosity, we were able to donate to two area food pantries. Our fifth grade class collected the most. Thank you, thank you to everyone!

St. Mary's Visitation Catholic Parish School exists to direct children toward God and toward Christian Service to society through Catholic religious formation, academic challenge, and continuous improvement.

The Big Event

Dear Families,

As January turns to February and the dust settles on Catholic Schools’ Week, we now turn our attention to SMV’s biggest event of the year, and no, I’m not talking about the classroom parties on St. Valentine’s Day. I am of course talking about the annual auction, to be held this year on March 15th.

For those new to our school community, this is our school’s biggest annual fundraiser. It is a night full of delicious food and drink, fun games, and even the chance to win some great prizes. Last year, I scored a great deal on a Lil Kicker’s soccer camp that my two-year old joyously participated in this past summer.

This year’s auction features a German-inspired Marzfest theme. I expect to see Lederhosen and Tyrolean caps aplenty, please. New this year, we would like to highlight the raffle, wherein one lucky family will win Free Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year for one of their children*. (See below for more details.)

The Auction is a great event for building community, as well as serving as an integral fundraiser for our school. It enables us to better do the work that we are so blessed to be able to do. So, March 15th, mark it in your calendars. Purchase tickets now. We can’t wait to see you there!

God Bless,

Siggy Spelter

Tuition Raffle

Here’s your chance to win big at an opportunity not offered previously! Raffle tickets have been distributed (they should have come home with your youngest/only student). We ask each family to purchase/sell these tickets for a chance to win Free Tuition for the 2025-26 school year for one child in a school family! (See a copy of the flyer here for terms and conditions.)

The more tickets you have, the greater your chances of winning! Additional tickets are available at the school office.

There are so many ways to celebrate 100...days. Our first graders found some of the best!
