School Meals: Trendsetting in 2019
Whole grains will remain a staple tray item this fall, in addition to made-to-order salads, Asian entrée options, Greek gyros and other international fare, according to SNA’s 2019 School Nutrition Trends Report . The recently released Report is comprised of survey responses from more than 800 school districts nationwide and provides a snapshot into what’s popular, what’s effective and what trends are emerging in the school foodservice segment.
