The Extension Nutrition Team of knowledgeable nutrition educators provide practical, hands-on activities and skills for healthy meal prep, as well as explore the importance of physical activity in a healthy lifestyle for the community members in the North Country.

Small Changes at Breakfast Can Make a Big Difference
Back to school-Back to work- and trying to start the day off healthy?

Make small changes to your usual breakfast options to find a healthy eating style that works for you. The #MyPlateMyWins at Breakfast video features small changes you can make to improve your choices at breakfast. For example, cut down on saturated fat by skipping the bakery section and going for more nutrient-dense options like whole grains and fruit (USDA Choose MyPlate).
