HOA Software Partnership: AppFolio
SNHA is very excited to announce that we are moving toward a cloud-based HOA software called AppFolio. Through this one platform we will be able to manage payment collection, online maintenance requests and work orders and so much more!

SNHA Homeowners Survey- Grand Prize Drawing

Technology Update
Guest Wi-Fi Improvements
- All fiber optic infrastructure has been completed, tested, and certified.
- The only remaining building to connect to fiber network is Sterling 1-4, which should be completed this month.
RFID Lock Installations/Energy Management
- All 313 locks scheduled for SALTO replacements have been completed.
- Homeowners who signed up for energy management option 1A should anticipate completion by the end of the month.
- All RFID card updaters are online and functioning throughout the resort.
- Smugglers’ is continuing it's beta testing of the Mobile Key App, in anticipation of full implementation, for the summer season.
