Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) Grant Program
The Inclusive Healthy Communities (IHC) Grant Program provides funding opportunities to local government and nonprofit organizations in New Jersey to undertake initiatives that support the health and wellbeing of individuals with disabilities in the communities where they live. The IHC Grant Program is designed to advance efforts that result in tangible and sustainable transformation of policies, systems, and environmental conditions to ensure that people with disabilities benefit from efforts to build healthy communities.
A total of up to $3.5 million dollars of funding is anticipated over two state fiscal years to support the IHC 24-month grant period, with $1.75 million anticipated for year 1 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026), and, contingent upon available funding, $1.75 million anticipated in appropriations for year 2 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027). Grant budgets may not exceed $125,000 in each of the fiscal years, or $250,000 for the entire grant period.
A mandatory Letter of Intent to apply (LOI) must be submitted by Friday, February 14th at 5:00 p.m. The deadline for receipt of proposals is Friday, March 7th at 5:00 p.m.

New Jersey Manufacturing Voucher Program – Phase 3 (NJ MVP3)
The New Jersey Manufacturing Voucher Program is a $10,000,000 grant program to assist New Jersey manufacturers with accessing the manufacturing equipment they need to become more efficient, productive, and profitable. The pilot program will provide grants for a portion of eligible equipment costs, up to a maximum award amount of $250,000 per manufacturer.
The Phase 3 application link goes live on Wednesday, February 19th at 10:00 a.m. and will be available on the NJ MVP3 Website.
To ensure equitable access to funding, Phase 3 applications will be prioritized for new applicants who have not previously or will not be awarded grants under Phase 1 or Phase 2 (based on EIN) during the initial two-week application period. Following this period, all eligible businesses will have the opportunity to apply for funding, subject to available resources.

Community-Based Art Grant Program
This program partners the New Jersey Coastal Management Program (CMP) with the New Jersey State Council on the Arts (Arts Council) to increase awareness about the risks and impacts of flooding related to climate change in New Jersey by engaging the public in the development and presentation of art installations and associated communication efforts and events in geographically diverse locations throughout New Jersey.
Four Community Based Organizations (CBOs) are expected to be awarded. Each CBO is eligible to be awarded up to $40,000. Of that award, a minimum of $24,000 must be provided to the artist(s) the CBO is partnered with for the reimbursement of materials, development and presentation of the art installations, and for each artist’s time/fee. Up to $16,000 may be utilized by each CBO for reimbursement of its documented costs, such as staff time, location fees, and promotional materials.
The deadline for applications is Wednesday, February 26th.

Solid Waste Recycling Enhancement Act (REA)
Higher Education Research Grant Program
This grant will fund projects that support the objectives of the Recycling Enhancement Act. Proposals may be designed to enhance existing resources, tools or methodologies, or create new resources pursuant to the Recycling Enhancement Act. Grants may be awarded under the following criteria: Recycling demonstration, research, or education, including professional training areas.
Approximately $1,000,000 of grant funding has been allocated to this opportunity. Awardees and grant amounts will be selected based on the proposal, selection criteria and funds available to the Department as identified herein. The Department reserves the right to only award a portion of allocated funds or apportion funds among the project areas at the Department’s discretion.
The application deadline for this program has been extended to Monday, March 31st.

2025 Pre-Apprenticeship in Career Education (PACE)- Round 2 Grant Program.
The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJDOL) has announced $4,000,000 in available grant funding under the FY2025 Pre-Apprenticeship in Career Education (PACE) - Round 2 grant program.
The PACE program offers funding to provide training to prepare participants for placement into placement in registered apprenticeship programs, employment or other quality outcomes with partner employers and provide quality support services to ensure success for placement into registered apprenticeship and employment.
NJDOL will provide technical assistance sessions via tele-conference to potential applicants.General guidance on completing the required documents, budget forms and an overview of IGX will be provided. Technical Assistance Workshops will be held on Wednesday, March 5 at 1:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 19th, at 1:00 p.m.
Applicants interested in applying for the PACE grant must first submit a Letter Of Intent (LOI) to express interest in the grant opportunity. The LOI is due no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10th.
Applications for FY2025 Round 2 funds are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17th.
