Out of loving care for parish families across the diocese, Bishop Martin, has granted a dispensation from this Sunday’s Mass obligation (The Bishop has temporarily excused Catholics from the usual obligation to attend Sunday Mass, and they do not commit sin by staying home for safety reasons).
Our first priority is your safety. Please don’t put yourself at risk due to weather or travel conditions. Taking care and using good judgment in these situations is a way of honoring the gift of life God has given us.
