At SORHEA, we attach great importance to developping the skills of our employees. In 2022, no less than 22 training courses were completed by our employees.
Because each profile is different and all employees have specific needs in terms of training, SORHEA gives employees and their managers the possibility of requesting training appropriate to their position in order to acquire new skills. This year, our employees were able to attend :

A road safety workshop on the dangers of drink-driving for our sales and technical teams who are most often on the road;

A team management training course for all SORHEA and TST managers, during which they were able to discuss with each other and with an experienced speaker the difficulties encountered, good team management practices, managerial tools and teaching methods;

An Excel training course for the Sales Administration department, to strengthen their technical skills and increase productivity.
Offering training to employees allows us to keep our teams competent and motivated. The development of each individual encourages cohesion to work together for the company's success.
