Executive Director Update
Dear Friends,

Last month I celebrated my fourth anniversary of leading Esperanza Shelter! I continue to be grateful and honored to represent this beloved community organization. This year, we are proudly celebrating our 45th year of serving domestic violence survivors in Santa Fe County, the Eight Northern Pueblos and Three Southern Pueblos.

Leadership Santa Fe
Esperanza's Director of Development, Marcos Zubia was recently selected as a participant of Leadership Santa Fe - Class of 2022.

Leadership Santa Fe is a successful and prestigious program designed for motivated individuals who wish to learn more about the challenges facing Santa Fe and engage in the process of improving the community. The program combines interactive leadership skills training with an informative civic awareness curriculum over six weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) from September through March.

"I've always wanted to participate in Leadership Santa Fe, and I am truly honored to have been selected this year," Marcos shared. "Thank you to Anji Estrellas for her encouragement and for allowing me to take time once a month to be part of this group of outstanding leaders."

Congratulations Marcos and thank you for all you do for Esperanza and our community!
