Community Training's
Please join Esperanza Shelter’s Outreach Department, Hope Speaks, for a free presentation on Domestic Abuse and learn about the support services we provide. 
 
Upcoming Zoom presentations are scheduled during the lunch hour
(12 noon – 1 PM) on the following Wednesdays:

December 2nd, 9th & 16th

Lights of Enchantment
Esperanza Shelter is excited to be a recipient for the Lights of Enchantment fundraiser in Albuquerque.

As a recipient, we will receive proceeds raised from the light show this holiday season. Our designated night is scheduled for Friday December 11, 2020.

Please consider taking your family to this safe, drive thru light show at Sandia Speedway on our designated night or throughout the holiday season.

Purchase your tickets here with the code ESPR40 so that Esperanza receives the proceeds from the money raised.
Board Update
The Board of Directors elected Robin Hammond, Director of Risk Management at CHRISTUS St. Vincent Hospital to our board in October.

Robin brings risk management and health care administration experience to our diverse group of board members.

Robin shared that "the work of Esperanza Shelter has inspired my personal mission to help Santa Fe families thrive in a safe and supportive environment."

If you have financial experience and are interested in exploring service on Esperanza’s Board of Directors, we are actively looking for a board treasurer.
