Inspiring speeches and sunny skies awaited more than 600 guests who attended the first commencement on campus since 2019 to celebrate the 109 undergraduate and graduate students receiving their degrees. Commencement speaker Dr. Shirin Ebadi, the lawyer, judge, and activist awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2003, called for vigilance to protect democracy and honor the interconnectedness of humans worldwide.
