January 19, 2022

Covid numbers are showing signs of improvement so we will be resuming our traditional communion at the rail during our Sunday worship services.

Shepherd of Life has started a new ministry this month. Recognizing that there are a number of people who are not yet comfortable or unable to attend worship right now we have created a "Communion to Go" table. It will have a stack of white bags, a prayer card to read before giving yourself communion, a copy of the Sunday bulletin and prepackaged communion cups that will have been consecrated during the service. If you would like to receive one of these communion to go bags or if you would be willing to drop one off following worship please contact Pastor John.
Small Gifts can make a Big Difference

One of our Sunday school classes "adopted" a gentleman by the name of John many years ago. John has been unable to work most, if not all, his adult life. When he started coming to the church to wash up, he was homeless. He has been in a subsidized apartment for years now but has very little money otherwise. The group takes turns giving him $40 weekly. We have 9 weeks this year that need sponsoring. Anyone interested can take 1 week or more. Please contact Peggy Davidson at p.davidson@att.net if you would like more information or if you are interested in sponsoring a week.
Little Shepherd Children's Center is turning 20 this year!
We need your help to make this anniversary really special. If you have any photos, memorabilia, or stories to share, please send them to our director, Rachel Adams at rna1976@yahoo.com
For the safety of all, Shepherd of Life strongly encourages the wearing of masks during worship & Bible study. Thank You!

All activities, except Children's Church during 11:00 worship, will continue to be on break through January as we see what the new Omicron variant does. We'll look to resume things and try our new experiments in February!
