  • For Valerie & Gary Burton's son, Brad who is recovering from knee surgery and is being treated for blood clots in his lungs
  • For Gene Walzer who is recovering from his 3rd melanoma surgery in 9 months
  • For Judi Christensen's friends, Mark and Linda Pulley who are both battling Covid

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH AT 10:00 AM
Join us for our Party in the Parking Lot on Sunday, September 13th at 10:00 am to kick-off a new year in Sunday School!

We'll be in the part of the parking lot with the play yard. Everyone will need to park every other space and we'll ask you to stay in your car. Jonathan will have a sound system so that you'll be able to participate.

We'll have prayers, blessings on your year, songs, and a devotion time together.

Make sure you bring your Bible for devotion time and for the blessing for the coming year!

LATE NIGHT DEVOTIONS

Wednesdays on Facebook Live beginning
September 9th at 10:00 PM
Beginning September 9th, Pastor John and Ruth will be on Facebook Live every Wednesday at 10:00 PM. Don’t miss their first devotion: “Visions & Dreams”. There will be reflections on Ezekiel’s vision of a Valley filled with dry bones. Plus, Ruth will be sharing a dream that felt more like a message from God that led to a very unexpected blessing.

If these crazy times have been messing with your sleep or causing you to have some vivid dreams as well, then perhaps a bit of scripture, prayer and the company of friends might be a helpful and even peaceful way to end your evening.
Have you dug out your knitting and crochet needles? How about grabbing those great deals on fleece at the craft stores? It's not too soon to start making those scarves for our December Scarf Project. The Loving Hands group is looking for as many scarves as we can make by early December.

We have a wide variety of yarn weights and colors in the Loving Hands room in the annex. Come get 'em. When you finish a scarf, drop it off at the church or contact [email protected], and we'll make arrangements to safely pick up your work.

Thank you! This is a wonderful ministry that involves many from SOL and benefits many in our community.
