“Solved? Mystery of Texas Mailout Sent Yesterday to Millions Across Texas”

Yesterday I, and millions of other Texans, received a mysterious mailout from an organization called “Texans for Conservative School Values.” The intent of the mailout was to get people to call and/or e-mail the specific Texas State Board of Education member named on the extra large, slick, shiny, and expensive-looking card. We as recipients of the card were supposed to rail against the SBOE member because “(name of SBOE member), your elected Republican member of the State Board of Education, votes with the Democrat Minority 96%* of the time.”
Since the seating of the new SBOE members in January 2023, there have been few-if-any major, controversial votes taken on the SBOE. “Yes,” it is possible that the Repubs voted with the Dems 96% of the time so far (and vice versa); however, once the implementation of HB 1605 really starts, I feel sure that the 5 Dems will peel off together and try to lure some of the 10 Repubs to go with them.
I, and millions of other Texans, want to know who comprises “Texans for Conservative School Values.” After doing a search on the Internet, I found nothing.
Today I took the card down to the local U. S. Post Office where a very helpful upper-management employee was able to look up the entities who own the permit written on the card -- #3851, Dallas, TX.
I was told that these names on the permit card are those who own the permit, and Texans for Conservative School Values was allowed to use permit #3851 to send out the cards. I do not know whether these organizations actually know what is on the cards and whether they approve or disapprove of the content.
The only name that has a current Status Date of 1.20.23 is National Debt Management, Inc. GuideStar says this company is in Southfield, MI. Its mission statement reads, “PROVIDING FINANCIAL LITERACY AND EDUCATION TO IMMIGRANTS.” The Principal Officer is Sam Georges. https://nationaldebtmgt.com/
There is a Sam Georges who is on the board of directors for TIX Corporation, CA (filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on 8.25.21), but I have no way of knowing whether this is the same Sam Georges as listed on the USPS Permit #3851.
There is also a Sam Georges who is the president of the Tony Robbins Foundation https://www.zoominfo.com/p/Sam-Georges/54777790
Once again, are these Sam Georges one in the same; or do they even have anything to do with the Texans for Conservative School Values? I simply do not know.
My resources for sleuthing are limited, and I certainly do not want to disparage anyone. People with more resources and knowledge than I have will need to check all of this information out for themselves.
The other entities listed on permit #3851 have old status dates; all say their status is “Authorized.”
(I trust that someone with much more knowledge of these U. S. Postal Service permits than I have will clarify what the Status Dates mean. Did the other entities listed on this permit know about the SBOE mailout cards or not? Did they approve of them? I do not know.)

7.13.23 – MORE ARTICLES BEING ADDED REGULARLY -- My website -- DonnaGarner.org – is ever expanding. The official count is now 1,738 images with some of the articles written by me but with many of the articles written by other fact-based authors who write well-documented articles.
