WORSHIP SERVICE: 10:00 AM - In Person and Virtual
JOY WAITING TO BE BORN – REV. DR. JOHN MOREHOUSE
Perhaps the most redeeming resurrection is in awakening the joy within.

Click HERE for the Order of Service.

Our service will be in person and virtual; attendance guidelines are HERE. COVID numbers in Fairfield county are rising, so please consider using a mask, and use care when making this decision as this variant is highly contagious.

This week we are moving to a new broadcast system. Please go to uuwestport.org/livestream to get into the service: it's that easy! We will NOT be hosting the service on ZOOM. And this week, as we test out and introduce this new system, we will not be chatting before or during the worship service itself. One step at a time!

After the service, we will be hosting an informal coffee hour on ZOOM - simply sign off the livestream and go to our 'normal' ZOOM. We'd love to hear from you, and how the service broadcast went! That number is as it always is- click HERE. Meeting ID 207 517 697 PASSWORD: 8893787678 Landline: 1 646 876 9923.
As mentioned above, there will be no chat during the service. For those of you who would like to light a candle at the candle boat but are online, please email David Vita (david@uuwestport.org) on Sunday, before the covenant has been shared. Then as we share Joys and Sorrows, a candle will be lit for you, and your thoughts shared out loud with all of the congregation.

Offering can be made on VENMO ("The Unitarian Church in Westport"), on vop.tucw.org, or feel free to mail in cash or check.

First Church Congregational UCC in Fairfield
Crossing Paths had a field trip to First Church Congregational, UCC in Fairfield where they learned about Palm Sunday, Tiffany Windows and organs! We had 14 of us in attendance and three people whose ancestors must have worshiped there back in the 1600's-1700's. The children were as engaged as the parents and volunteers! Beautiful day.

There is no Coming of Age or Youth Group this Sunday in observance of the Easter and Passover holidays.
The Youth Group will depart on their Epic Environmental Justice Trip this Friday, April 15 at noon from JFK.
After nine months of planning, learning, and working toward this goal, we have finally arrived! The group has earned enough money ($17,000) to pay for everything. Thank you to all who made this possible!

We are bringing stores of dehydrated food so that we will not have to buy much in AK, and we are intentionally packing light to SEE how entangled we are in our privileged amenities, many of which are not so Earth-friendly. Wish us well! Click HERE for the final itinerary.
TASTE OF SOUL SPIRITUAL DISCUSSION GROUP SUNDAYS IN APRIL, 11:15-12:15 IN THE LIBRARY
