Essex 5-Year Strategic Plan Summited for Consideration

The foundation of the plan is built upon the efforts of the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC), which had crystallized content from a

variety of prior Town planning efforts when the original plan was written in 2015. In that sense, this Strategic Plan does not break new

ground but presents instead a revised and updated framework for action in the years to come, in recognition of goals that were already

accomplished via the original plan. View Copy of Plan

Cape Ann Animal Aid Pet of the Week

Silent Bob here! I am a 1-year-old house-trained tabby boy. I love to get attention from all my friends here! I would love a home with a cozy cat bed and kitty tower. I am considered a special needs adoption because I recently had Entropion surgery and I also have FIV. Many FIV-positive cats live a normal life span but it can lower my immune system and I may need more care.  Visit www.capeannanimalaid.org for more information about McDonald and all the other animals waiting for homes
