Join the Businesswomen of greater Cape Ann for the Second Annual Swing into Spring Golf Event at Sun ‘N Air Golf Center in Danvers. This event is great for those just learning the game of golf or seasoned golfers looking for a spring tune-up. Up to 12 women will be accepted each day. For the first hour, two instructors will help players understand the full swing, starting with grip, set up and stance. The short game (chipping and putting) will also be addressed. The second hour includes on-course playing instruction for up to 3-holes on the Sun ‘N Air practice course.

The people of the village of Petrykivka, Ukraine, decorate their living quarters, household belongings, and musical instruments with a style of ornamental painting that is characterized by fantastic flowers and other natural elements, based on careful observation of the local flora and fauna. Enjoy complimentary Ukrainian refreshments as artist Svitlana Rozghon provides instruction as well as the materials needed for you to make your own Petrykivka art. The Ipswich Ale Half Marathon starts and finishes at beautiful Crane Beach in Ipswich, MA. Runners climb up and around the spectacular Crane Estate in the first mile - “Storming the Castle!” - before heading west on Argilla Road past open farmland, picturesque salt marshes and classic New England stone walls. The course winds through scenic neighborhoods along the Ipswich River before runners turn around and head back to Argilla Road and the final four miles to the finish line. To celebrate your race back at the beach, enjoy traditional runner recovery food, fresh pizza, grilled hot dogs, and of course, two free Ipswich Ale beers! Laura Wortman and Kagey Parrish of The Honey Dewdrops began touring in 2009 and have called the city of Baltimore home since 2014.
