GREET THE FLEET DAY
As visiting sails cross the breakwater, Gloucester Harbor comes alive again, harkening back to the golden days of our Fishing Fleet under sail. This day signals the annual pilgrimage of historic wooden vessels returning to Gloucester Harbor.

MARITIME HERITAGE DAY
The festival's biggest spectator day, with 3 locations to engage with history and vessels, dozens of opportunities to get on board and view these majestic ships or sail on Gloucester Harbor. The pinnacle of the festivities revolve around Maritime Gloucester's pier with demonstrations and family fun.

RACE DAY!
The capping day of events culminates in the gorgeous spectacle of the Parade of Schooners and the offshore race for the Mayors' Cup.

Final Gloucester Main Street Block Party of 2024
Friday, August 30 | 6 - 10 PM
Join us as we kick off Schooner Fest and Labor Day weekend with the summer's final Main Street Block Party. This night features the Red Trousers Show, three music stages, Mary Poppins, Captain Jack, face painting, Cape Ann Vernal Pond reptiles, non-profits, retailers, restaurants, and food trucks! This year's first two Block Parties have been great fun with thousands attending! Let's top off the summer season with the best one yet!

The Businesswomen’s Committee of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber invites you to participate in our second annual Main Street Meet-Up. We hope to introduce many new shoppers and networkers to your products and services! It’s a great way to promote your business and introduce yourself to new patrons. This year promises to be even better, with expanded hours so shoppers can explore Main Street at their leisure. Participation is open to all business owners.
