Celebrating Independence Day on Cape Ann
Dear Friends,

As we look ahead to this weekend’s 254 th  anniversary of America’s independence, let’s also pause to reflect upon and give thanks for the strength and resilience of our Cape Ann community. The people of Cape Ann have come together in remarkable and inspirational ways to help one another through the darkest days of the Coronavirus pandemic. While difficult and challenging days still lie ahead as we work to overcome the virus, there is also reason to celebrate the progress that we have made so far together.

With many of our traditional 4th of July events cancelled this year, what better way to show our Cape Ann community pride than to visit and patronize local businesses? For a list of Main Street shops and eateries that will be open in Gloucester, please  click this link . Many businesses in all Cape Ann communities will be open this weekend, so don’t forget to visit Rockport, Essex, and Manchester-by-the-Sea as well. From our Chamber Team to you and your family, we wish you a wonderful 4th of July!
Our 2020 Publications are Here!
Over 200,000 pieces of the Cape Ann Guide & Directory, Cape Ann Map and Rockport Map are being widely distributed around Cape Ann, the North Shore, into Boston and north to the Maria Miles Visitor Center and as far South as Delaware on the Amtrack line.   We will also be making the delivery rounds to our advertisers, and invite you to pick-up as many as you would like at our new Chamber office on Harbor Loop opening in mid-July – stay tuned for the Grand Opening Announcement!
