Dashboard for July 20: The state’s most recent daily Dashboard of Public Health Indicators continues to trend favorably in Massachusetts. The positive test rate has dropped to 1.6% and the number of hospitalized patients has fallen to 483, the lowest daily total since tracking and reporting began on April 4.
Phase III Continues for Reopening Massachusetts. Fitness Centers & Health Clubs, Museums, Cultural & Historic Facilities and Guided Tours are reopening in Cape Ann and throughout the Commonwealth. See the Member News section for information about specific Cape Ann businesses.
PPP Deadline Extended to August 8. Small businesses now have three more weeks to apply for assistance. For more information please click here.
SBA EIDL Loan Applications Still Being Accepted. The loan portion of the EIDL program continues to have funds available at very affordable terms, including a 3.75% interest rate for small businesses and 2.75% for non-profit organizations, a 30-year maturity, and an automatic deferment of one year before monthly payments begin.
