Featuring new work
by  Sandra Roper

Georgetown Barn

Sandra's watercolor paintings represent Charleston's centuries-old  architecture and capture the very essence of Southern living.  Her paintings celebrate the unique character of each subject and honor the eclectic mix of architectural styles that make Charleston's buildings so intriguing.  Her paintings of Southern workers chronicle the South's vanishing crafts and trades, including the Gullah basket weavers, oyster shuckers, shrimpers and local fisherman.  Her paintings memorialize both our past and present, and document a distinctly Southern lifestyle.
