Weekly safety tips as provided by SPAAR and its members
SPAARky says:

Share what's necessary
Keep your marketing materials professional and polished. Do you need to add a photo? If so, make sure it's right for business and not provocative. Consider if you need your photo on the Web, a bench or even your business cards. There are documented cases of criminals who circle photos of their would-be victims. Knowing your clients in advance of a showing is smart business. Listen to your gut.

We like hearing what tips SPAAR members have to share, too, such as:
If you have a scheduled showing at 1pm, suggest to your clients to arrive at 1:15pm. This provides you 15 minutes before anyone arrives to check the property, turn on lights as needed and prep for your arrival. Remember to lock the door of the home upon your entry so you nobody enters unexpectedly or before you are ready for them.
