This retreat is offered for couples and is an invitation to give yourselves time to be, to learn, to love, to rekindle, to be intimate and expand the connection between you.

2:30pm – 3:30pm : Sacred Embodiment Practices for Connection, Intimacy and Love

You will be guided through Tantra embodied intimacy practices, and powerful processes to shift your energy, fill yourself up from within and awaken deeper love, pleasure, joy and aliveness.

By doing so, you access the possibility to experience deeper levels of feeling, sensation, and energy, ultimately to gently descend you more deeply into the experience of who you really are. By being willing to be who you are, and to be seen for who are you, you will be able to appreciate and enjoy your relationship in a more complete, fuller way.

3:30pm – 4:30pm : Feel the Love in Your Heart Meditation + Crystal Bowls Sound Healing

This guided meditation journey is for awakening your heart center, understanding the principles and universal law of relationships, creating the relationship you want, dissolving obstacles to love, discovering new ways to love and creating a vision of your higher purposes in being together.

The session is accompanied by the Alchemy Crystal Bowls Sound Healing to move into the higher vibration of your soul, to lift you into higher states of consciousness.

60-minute De-stress Massage

Applied with ISUN-infused gemstone massage oil where the aromas of vetiver, chamomile and sandalwood assist in calming an overactive mind. The massage helps bring you to a more restful state while natural healing ingredients effectively enhance your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
